Ready to practice more in detail your reproducibility skills?

Welcome to our reproducibility workshop! A space that will give you the chance to learn more about the concept of reproducibility, its components, and the skills to make your own work reproducible, no matter whether that is manual or automatized work.

This workshop consists of two sessions, each of 2.5h maximum.

The topics that we will cover in this workshop are:

  • Reproducibility: context and stories
  • What is the aim of reproducibility?
  • Some figures of interest
  • Training about elements of reproducibility
  • Two hands-on exercises

Registration

Please fill in the registration form before the event to keep track of the number of attendants for the exercises. You don't need to have anything else than your computer. Upon registration, you will receive the details of the event for online attendance.

Software requirements

  • Conda (conda environments)
  • Python
  • Access to conda environments and python from the terminal command

On the day

All the instructions about the hands-on exercises will be given by the instructors on the spot.

There are several types of exercises during the hands-on. You'll have the chance to pick anyone that you would like. The particular instructions for each exercise will be given in breakout rooms during the workshop.

After closing our workshop, you will receive the feedback form. We want to hear it from you!
